SharikDZ Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the SharikDZ Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as an affiliate of SharikDZ.

1. Agreement

By applying to join the SharikDZ Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you should not join the affiliate program.

2. Affiliate Enrollment

To join the SharikDZ Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete application through our affiliate registration platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. If approved, you will be given a unique affiliate link to track referrals.

3. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who are referred via the affiliate’s unique link. The specific commission rate and any other applicable payment details are outlined in your affiliate dashboard or in communication from SharikDZ. Commissions are calculated based on the sale price, excluding any discounts, taxes, and shipping fees.

3.1 Commission Payouts

• Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold.
• The payout threshold is set at 5000 DA. If the threshold is not met, the commission will roll over to the next payment period.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer or any other method agreed upon by both parties.

3.2 Referral Validity

Only referrals made using the unique affiliate link provided by SharikDZ will be tracked and counted toward the affiliate’s commission. Referral cookies are valid for 30 days, meaning a referred customer must make a purchase within this time frame for the affiliate to receive credit.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Promote SharikDZ in an honest and ethical manner.
• Not make any false claims about SharikDZ products or services.
• Not engage in any form of spamming or misleading marketing tactics.
• Clearly disclose their affiliation with SharikDZ when promoting our products or services.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their promotion activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions:

• Engaging in any form of fraud or misleading practices.
• Using paid ads (such as Google Ads or social media ads) to directly link to the SharikDZ website using the affiliate link.
• Engaging in domain squatting, typosquatting, or impersonating SharikDZ in any way.
• Misrepresenting SharikDZ products or services in any manner that could harm the reputation of SharikDZ.

6. Termination

SharikDZ reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, engagement in illegal activities, or any behavior that reflects poorly on SharikDZ. Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any outstanding commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use SharikDZ’s name, logo, and promotional materials only for the purpose of promoting SharikDZ under this agreement. Affiliates may not modify these materials or use them in a way that implies endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

SharikDZ will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the affiliate in connection with the SharikDZ Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue or profits, even if SharikDZ has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modification of Terms

SharikDZ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algeria.
